Why should I be interested?

Through no fault of their own, customers of Mercedes across the country have been sold vehicles which do not comply with emissions regulations. This is unacceptable.

High Nitrous Oxide (NOx)  have been associated with global warming, acid rain and respiratory conditions such as asthma. With EU regulations in place, companies producing products that emit this gas, should adhere to the rules, by limiting the amount of pollution the vehicles emit.

Mercedes have a case to answer after misleading their customers and consumers by installing cheating software into thousands of vehicles. We are confident that forming a law suit against Mercedes, we can assist customers of Mercedes-Benz to claim the compensation they deserve.
